Where are you located?
We are located at 8080 Westpark between Fondren and Hillcroft.

What time do you open?
Our hours of operation are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday.

Do you take credit Cards?
Yes. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

What type of file do you need?
We prefer an RGB tiff file either 150 dpi at full size, or 300 dpi at ½ size.
(We support all major programs such as Illustrator, photoshop, Quark, etc.)

Can I get a discount?
Discounts are based on the quantities, or multiples of the same image.

What type of materials can you print on? We can print on many types of materials : canvas, water color paper, banner material (vinyl), fabric, metallic paper, backlit material, polyflex, and photographic paper. Can I get a Giclee made from a transparency? Yes. We will scan the transparency to create a digital file and then print a proof for approval. When do I pay for my Giclee? Company policy requires 50% down and balance due when completed. How long does it take to get a Giclee done? Normal turnaround time is 5-10 business days depending on quantity and current workload. Is the proof on the same material that the Giclee will be printed on? Yes. The proofs are on the same material as the final print.
